BookDay terms of service

Using BookDay

You may use BookDay to publish legitimate availability and arrange meetings. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and management links, and have authority to submit information about other people.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, unlawful or harmful activity, security testing without written permission, interference with availability, or automated access that degrades the service. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users and systems.

Organizer responsibility

Organizers are responsible for their booking content, invitee communications, connected calendars, meeting delivery, and any separate commercial relationship formed through a booking. BookDay is not a party to the meeting or to services agreed between users.

Availability and integrations

The service and third-party integrations may occasionally be unavailable or delayed. Verify important meetings independently. Optional providers are also governed by their own terms and may change or withdraw their APIs.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. BookDay is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed meetings, or failures caused by users or third-party providers. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Contact and changes

Material changes will be published here with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to ignaziodesantis@eleventh.dev.
